We are excited to announce that we have been working on a new online booking system that will allow patients to book a telephone visit appointment with their physician.  In addition, patients can now manage appointments, send documents and keep up to date with any new information sent out by the clinic.

Monday - Friday ~ 8:00am - 4:30pm

 & Closed on Saturdays and Sundays and all stat holidays.

* Cascade Medical Centre is not a walk-in clinic *

(office and phone hours closed from noon to 1pm)
